2026 CPAF Band and Orchestra Schedule

The following schedule has been created based on submitted scheduling requests. Where possible all requests were accommodated.

The schedule is being released to support your operational needs.

At this time only minor adjustments can be made upon request to an open performance time.

Please email us at registrations@cpafestival.ca if you require a schedule change.

Adjustments to your selected pieces will be available until Thursday March 20, 2025.

General Notes

To help make the most of your experience, please see the following points:

  • Your performances is located in the LEACOCK THEATRE, MRU
    • Group Check-In is in the Main Lobby
  • Once checked in you will be guided to one of only two storage spaces in the lobby for your cases and or coats.
  • 30 minutes before your performance you will be invited to to the warm up room. 
  • 5 minutes before your performance time you will be escorted to the stage
  • Your total stage allotted time is 40 minutes. You time should be broken into the following three elements based on your preference:
    • Brief on Stage Tuning 
    • Performance for the Adjudication Panel
    • Clinic Time
  • After your performance we ask you to return to your area and pack up.
  • If you plan on watching other groups, you will need to move you items to the audience area via the main theatre entrance. Large items may be left in the lobby.

If you wish to arrive at another time or stay late this is acceptable.

Please make yourself at home in our audience and take in the great performances.
