General Notes

To help make the most of your experience, please see the following points:

• Your performances is located in the Polaris Centre
  • Location
    • Theatre Entrance: Bay #7, 261051 Wagon Wheel View, Offices: Bay #8, AB T4A 0E2

• • Group Check-In is at the Office Door
• Once checked in you will be guided to one of only two storage rooms for your cases and or coats.
• 2 minutes before your performance you will be invited to enter the stage
• Your total stage allotted time is 40 minutes. You time should be broken into the following three elements based on your preference:
  • Warm-Up
  • Performance for the Adjudication Panel
  • Clinic Time
• After your performance we ask you to return to your storage room and pack up.
• If you plan on watching other groups, you will need to move you items to the audience area via the main theatre entrance.
• Your stage allotted time will be at your posted time.

If you wish to arrive at another time or stay late this is acceptable.
